USE RESTRICTIONS

Any artwork, text or items created by Jamela T. Breland are not to be reproduced, distributed, republished, downloaded, displayed, posted, transmitted, or copied in any form or by any means. If you have not contacted the owner to obtain a written agreement with Jamela T. Breland's permission and signed by both parties, legal action will be taken. Keep this in mind when viewing or purchasing any artwork from JaTamae LLC. It's best to respect the creator and artist, Jamela T. Breland who has taken time to provide you with her soulful art creations.

TERMINATION
This Agreement is effective unless and until terminated by either you or JaTamae LLC. You may terminate this Agreement at any time. JaTamae LLC also may terminate this Agreement at any time and may do so immediately without notice, and accordingly, deny you access to the Site, if in

JaTamae LLC sole discretion you fail to comply with any term or provision of this Agreement. Upon any termination of this Agreement by either you or JaTamae LLC, you must promptly destroy all materials, downloaded or otherwise, obtained from this Site, as well as all copies of such materials, whether made under the terms of this Agreement or otherwise.
