PAYMENTS AND ORDERS
WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We currently accept most major credit cards and PayPal.


HOW CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Unfortunately, due to immediate start to process orders on time, all "Print on demand" items cannot be canceled.


HOW ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MADE?

We work with a print-on-demand drop shipper. They have locations worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently!
 

WHERE WILL MY ORDER SHIP FROM?

We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide!
 

DELIVERY

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER TO SHIP?

Orders relating to jewelry typically ship within 1-3 days. Orders with Print on Demand items typically ship within 5-10 business days which includes the following:

Fulfillment typically takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:

● USA: 3–4 business days

● Europe: 6–8 business days

● Australia: 2–14 business days

● Japan: 4–8 business days

● International: 10–20 business days
 

"PRINTS" (OF ARTWORK)

Orders are usually shipped out within 3 business days and arrive within 12 (faster in most cases!)

WHEN CAN I EXPECT TO RECIEVE MY ORDER? ​
Domestic shipping usually takes 3-10 business days to receive.
Depending on the carrier that you select, International shipments can take anywhere from 2 – 30 days. Please see shipping details on the checkout page.

 

WILL I BE ABLE TO TRACK MY ORDER?
​Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Of course, during the holidays expect some delays. Give the tracking 1-3 business days to update.

 

WILL I BE CHARGED FOR ADDITIONAL IMPORT OR CUSTOM CHARGES FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING IN ORDER TO RECIEVE MY PACKAGE?
It depends as certain countries charge customs fee depending on the worth of the goods in the package. Please know that we do not cover the customs fee. If you refuse to pay customs, we can only issue a refund for your order once USPS has returned the package back to us. Sometimes it takes 1-2 months to retrieve the package back from USPS.

WHAT HAPPENED TO MY ORDER?
All international shipments, you need to contact your local post office first and ask if they are holding the package for you due to customs.​ Otherwise, contact JaTamae.llc@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number. Please know we are not responsible for stolen packages once they have been delivered to the address that has been provided to us.
